& FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
At Life Recovery Center, we understand that one of the primary obstacles often standing between individuals and the help they so desperately need is the cost of treatment. Since our beginning in 2004, our goal has always been to provide effective treatment at rates that are affordable for everyone, regardless of their financial situation. If the cost of treatment is a concern for you, please do not be discouraged. We have options available that can significantly reduce the cost of your treatment. Please contact us and we can discuss the available options with you to see how we can help to make your treatment affordable and get you the help you need. The last thing we want is for someone to lose out on an opportunity to get better because they can't afford it. Financial assistance options currently available include:
Financial Assistance
Our programs are priced to be affordable for all individuals needing treatment. We make every reasonable effort to meet our clients where they're at, with rates that they can reasonably afford based on their family size and income. Special financial assistance is available for individuals who qualify. Individuals interested in applying for financial assistance should bring their two most recent pay stubs to their initial appointment.
Special Funding
There is special funding available for individuals meeting certain criteria. In your initial appointment, we will determine your eligibility to receive special funding. Funding options are available that can decrease the cost of treatment by up to 75% or more!
Recovery Works
Life Recovery Center is an approved Recovery Works provider. Recovery Works is a program designed to provide support services to those without insurance coverage who are involved with the criminal justice system. We would be happy to speak with you concerning your possible eligibility and how the referral process for this program works.
Health Insurance
If you are interested in using health insurance to pay for treatment at Life Recovery Center, please complete this form and then call our Practice Manager, Summer Mefford, at (317) 887-3290 x112 before your initial session to let us know you want to use insurance to pay for your treatment. A billing specialist will gather your insurance information and explore your options regarding using insurance to pay for services. You can also utilize our Patient Portal to upload your health insurance information.
Even if we are not in-network with your provider, most insurance companies offer some level of reimbursement for our services. Please give us a call and we will give you the necessary information to give your insurance provider to find out about your reimbursement options.
MEDICAID: We currently accept the following Medicaid plans: Anthem/HIP, MDwise, MHS, and CareSource. We only accept Medicaid for group therapy services delivered in person.
MEDICARE: We do not accept Medicare.
PRIVATE INSURANCE: Utilizing private health insurance for services depends on a few different factors:

CLAIM FILING: We are more than happy to file claims on your behalf if you are utilizing a plan with which we are in-network. If filing as out-of-network, we will provide you with the necessary information to submit your claim.
What if I don't have insurance?
If you are uninsured, this is NOT a problem. In fact, many individuals find that our rates are just as cheap or cheaper than their insurance co-pay and opt not to use their health insurance. Since our start in 2004, we have always done everything we can to help ensure that finances are not a barrier that prevents individuals from getting the help and support they need. We offer treatment scholarships and several options for financial assistance to help cover the cost of treatment.
